Hi, I’m Ian. I’ve worked with WordPress for over 10 years, and I help maintain my church’s website. When we realized we were outgrowing our church management system—including its built-in website—we set two goals: move our ministry operations to Planning Center and build a new website with the full flexibility of WordPress.

Planning Center immediately made sense for managing sermons because it improved the process our team already followed. The missing piece was getting that sermon content onto our new website without recreating it or giving up control over the design.

I built Kleis to bridge that gap. Churches can manage sermons and events in Planning Center while using WordPress to shape the public experience their congregation and visitors see. Kleis comes from solving this problem firsthand, and it is maintained with thoughtful, founder-led support for others doing the same work.

If your site uses a visual builder or classic theme, we recommend building out the pages that house your events and sermon archives in the block editor for the best experience.
