Event calendars
Display current Planning Center events in your WordPress design.
Kleis reads Planning Center Calendar data and gives editors an interactive calendar plus flexible blocks for event lists, schedules, images, dates, times, and registration links.
Current data, not duplicate posts
Calendar events are not imported as WordPress event posts. Kleis requests current Planning Center Calendar data through WordPress and caches it briefly, allowing pages to stay current without creating duplicate event records in the dashboard.
Immediately after connection or when a cache is being rebuilt, visitors may briefly see a loading message. Planning Center changes can take several minutes to appear.
Two display approaches
Planning Center Calendar block
Add an interactive calendar with month and list views for a broad schedule.
Events Template block
Repeat your own block layout for upcoming event days. Combine event title, image, weekday, date, time, and registration-link blocks, then style the layout with WordPress and custom CSS.
Filtering and limitations
Event lists can include or exclude Planning Center tags and can show only featured events. Published start and end times come from Planning Center; private setup and takedown time is not shown.
Event detail blocks must be inside an Events Template. Registration and image blocks produce no output when Planning Center does not provide the corresponding public data.
