What Kleis supports, requires, and costs.

Kleis supports sermon content from Planning Center Publishing and event content from Planning Center Calendar. It does not claim to integrate every Planning Center product.

Publishing episodes are synchronized into WordPress as native Episode posts with related speakers, channels, series, artwork, audio, and resources. Calendar events are requested as needed and displayed with Kleis blocks; they are not imported as WordPress event posts.

Kleis can display links back to Church Center when Planning Center provides them. It does not replace Church Center, its app, or its congregation workflows.

• WordPress 6.0 or newer; Kleis is tested through WordPress 7.0.
• PHP 8.0 or newer.
• A WordPress administrator account that can install plugins and manage settings.
• An active Kleis subscription and one available site activation.
• A Planning Center account permitted to authorize the intended organization.
• Publishing access for sermons, Calendar access for events, or both.

Modern block themes provide the most direct template-building experience. Classic themes and builders may work when they support custom post types, dynamic fields, and native blocks, but Kleis cannot guarantee every third-party builder integration.

Kleis uses Planning Center OAuth, so a site owner authorizes access without placing a Planning Center password or OAuth client secret in WordPress.

Planning Center access and refresh tokens are stored outside the WordPress site in Kleis infrastructure. They are encrypted with AES-GCM before storage. The service proxy limits API access to read requests for supported Planning Center Publishing and Calendar paths.

Publishing webhooks use a private, secret-bearing URL on the WordPress site. Site owners should not publish that URL or include it in support requests.

Kleis costs $15 per month or $150 per year in USD. Annual billing saves $30 compared with twelve monthly payments. Each subscription activates one WordPress site at a time.

A separate staging activation is not included. The license can be deactivated on one site and moved to another while testing or migrating.

An active subscription provides connection services, Calendar access, new sermon syncs, license validation, private downloads, plugin updates, and subscriber support. Existing imported Episode posts generally remain after cancellation, but ongoing services may stop.
